Order cancellation is not possible once the order is dispatched from our warehouse. In case the order cancellation is to be requested, you are expected to contact us as quickly as possible at support@advaitwellness.org or call us at +919258288535 (Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 6 PM).

You will get a tracking number and link to the email you provided.

Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in exceptional cases as outlined below.

Exceptional Cases for Return or Refund

While returns and refunds are not typically provided, we may consider exceptions in the following circumstances:

Product defect or damage: If the product arrives damaged or is defective.

Incorrect item received: If an item is received that does not match the original order.

In these cases, contact our support team within 5 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration. Refunds provided will solely be at the discretion of the Advait Wellness team. Follow the below steps for a smooth process:

Provide Documentation: Include photos or videos of the defect or incorrect item in email attachments.

Resolution: If the request is approved, we will offer either a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds are only initiated through online payment methods. It may take upto 20-25 days.

National orders will typically be delivered within 4-7 days. Also note that delivery times may vary
depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

COD orders are not available on the website. However, you can purchase Advait Wellness products through popular e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho if you prefer COD.

In case the order cancellation request is raised before the dispatch of the order, a full refund will be provided. If the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse then a refund will be provided after deducting the corresponding shipping charges.
