Policy for Events

1. Overview

Please be advised that all ticket sales are final, and all the tickets are completely non-refundable and non-cancellable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in exceptional cases as outlined below.

2. Exceptional Cases for Return or Refund

While returns and refunds are not typically provided, we may consider exceptions in the cases only when the event gets cancelled due to complete error on the part of the Advait Wellness. In case the event is postponed to another date, the option will be given to the attendees to attend the event on the future date on the same ticket or his/her case may be considered for refund.

3. Request Process for Exceptional Cases

To submit a request under the exceptional cases:

Provide Documentation: Include photos or videos of the defect or incorrect item as proof.
Resolution: If the request is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

4. Recording of the Event

It is informed to all the intended attendees that the Event will be Video graphed and recorded,and recording will be the Intellectual Property of the Advait Wellness, and it can be used by the Advait Wellness in any manner permissible. The attendees will not have any objections to the same.

5. Code of Conduct during the event

All the attendees are requested to adhere to the appropriate and proper behaviour during the event towards everyone including other attendees, staff member, and also towards the people who are hosting the talk and/or answering the questions, duration of the event will also include the period when the attendees are waiting to enter the place where event is being organised. In case of any in-appropriate behaviour and non-adherence to the instructions of the organizer or the representatives of the Advait Wellness, the attendee/ticket holder may not be allowed to attend this event as well as the future event and the ticket prices will not be refunded in such a situation. That apart from the policies mentioned in this Return and Refund policy, attendee/ticket holder will also have to adhere to the policies/terms and conditions provided by the organizer.

6. Organizers Liability

That the event is been organized by the third party and in case any default is committed on the part of the organizer, Advait Wellness will not have any liability for the same.

7. Limitation of liability

That the Advait wellness will not have any liability in case the event gets cancelled or stopped midway due to any force majeure/ unforeseen situation.
