Refund policy

1. Overview

We strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in exceptional cases as outlined below.

2. Exceptional Cases for Return or Refund (Products)

While returns and refunds are not typically provided, we may consider exceptions in the following circumstances:

• Product Defect or Damage: If the product arrives damaged or is defective.
• Incorrect Item Received: If an item is received that does not match the original order.

In these cases, please contact our Customer Service team within 5 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.

3. Exceptional Cases for Return or Refund (Event Tickets)

While returns and refunds are not typically provided, we may consider exceptions in the cases only when the event gets cancelled due to complete error on the part of the Advait Wellness. In case the event is postponed to another date, the option will be given to the attendees to attend the event on the future date on the same ticket or his/her case may be considered for refund.

4. Request Process for Exceptional Cases
To submit a request under the exceptional cases:

2. Provide Documentation: Include photos or videos of the defect or incorrect item as proof.
3. Resolution: If the request is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
4. If the partial refund is approved please allow us 5-7 days time to process your refund from the date of the approval.

5. Final Sale

Please note that all other products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
